New league added:
the German second division league (2.Bundesliga) is added to the game,
* currently limited to 14 teams (instead of 18)

Main Fixes:
various enhancements and fixes all around, most notably:
- chants and other small issues with some national teams is now fixed
- promoted teams will inherit new league settings
- fixed the (reset) option in edit mode competition structure, it will not bug the ACL league anymore.
- various fixes in the database and in the game scripts
New career mode required:
saves cannot be migrated from previous game versions, the new game uses different data structure and database.
